The terms, in English:

Every mailbox on this domain is open. The address, and the token that opens it, are the only things needed to read the mail. There is no password and nobody owns a mailbox.
Messages are removed after 30 days. Fetch what you need before then.
This domain receives mail and does nothing else. No message can be sent from it, so an address here cannot be used to write to anybody.
Use it for throwaway signups and tests. Do not use it where a lost or read message would cost you something: banking, medical, official, work.
Free, unsupported, and provided as-is. It may be switched off tomorrow.

The scratch store, the request bins and the key issuing on this host follow the same rule: nothing on them is private.
